Official Raffle Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before participating.

WFN Raffle at EAN 2025

1. Eligibility

  • The raffle is open to all attendees of the EAN 2025 Congress who are not yet registered for WCN 2025.

  • Participants must be physically present at the WFN Booth (#16) in the Exhibition Area to enter.

  • Only individuals who sign up in person for the WCN 2025 newsletter at the booth between 21–23 June 2025 are eligible.

  • Individuals who are already registered for WCN 2025 are not eligible to participate.

  • Employees, representatives, or affiliates of WFN and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Visit the WFN Booth (#16) during the EAN 2025 Exhibition.

  • Complete the newsletter sign-up form provided at the booth.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize

  • Two (2) free registrations to the XXVII World Congress of Neurology (WCN 2025), taking place 12–15 October 2025 in Seoul, South Korea.

  • The prize covers registration only and does not include travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

  • The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other substitutions.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected by random draw on 24 June 2025 from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at sign-up.

  • Winners will be invited to return to the WFN booth for a photograph, which may be used in WFN promotional materials, both online and in print.

5. Publicity Release

By entering the raffle, participants agree that, if selected as a winner, they authorize the World Federation of Neurology to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions

  • WFN reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time without prior notice.

  • WFN is not responsible for any technical, mechanical, or human errors that may occur during the raffle process.

  • Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to WFN’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the raffle.
